The Auburn Centre of Community is having a food festival which is aimed at showcasing the food culture of emerging communities within Australia.  In essence the food on offer is going to be focused on those nations which are not currently easy to find restaurants within Sydney showcasing their cuisines.  These are to include food from Sierre Leone, Somalia, Sudan, India, Ethiopia, Turkey and the Philippines. The dishes on offer are to include Turkish borek, Ethiopian bread and camel curry.

The festival is to go from 12:30pm to 3:30pm and is part of the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month. For $10, you will receive two dishes of your choice from those on offer. Tickets can be prepurchased through the council website.
